If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return your purchase in original condition for a full refund less shipping and handling within 30 days. Please contact us by email before your return you item at engravethis@yahoo.com . Returned items need to be insured, we will not be held responsible for undelivered packages.

Personalized or customized items can not be returned, erased or added to. Please double check your spelling, we engrave, embroid what you write. Do not add quotes unless you want them added.

If there is a mistake and it is clearly our fault we will re-personalize & ship at no cost to you. We will be glad to make an exchange, credit your account, or refund your payment. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
