Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: 1. If your order was sent via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery will be within 10 - 12 business days.
2. If your order was sent via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery will be within 6 - 10 business days.
3.
If your order was sent via UPS Ground. Delivery will be within 4 - 6 business days.

*Over the Christmas period we are very busy, so please order early.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.


Q: Is the hardware included for attaching?
A: Yes! Every Bridle or Halter Plate comes complete with either (2) Brass or (2) Silver Escutcheon Pins and (2) Copper Burrs, or rivets at your request. Saddle plates come with either (2) Brass or (2) Silver nails. Each Disk has a split ring. If your Stall Plate has holes, (2) Brass or (2) Silver screws are included.


Q: If I send you my Tack, can you attach the plates for me . . .
A: Absolutely, we do however charge a small attaching fee of $2.50 per item, and of course return shipping maybe a little more. So please email or call us before sending your tack, we don't need the whole bridle just the crown piece.
